Article 1. Preamble
This privacy policy applies to the site avaeda.org. Its purpose is to inform site users of:
- How their personal data are collected and processed. “Personal data” means any information that can identify a user, such as first and last name, age, postal address, email address, user location or IP address;

Article 3. Personal data collected and processed while browsing the site

Personal data collected on avaeda.org:
First name, Last name, Postal address, Email address, Telephone.
These data are collected when the user performs the following action:
Submitting one of the site’s contact forms.
The controller stores all collected data in the site’s IT systems, under reasonable security, for 1 year.
Purpose of processing: commercial prospecting.

Personal data collected by the site are not transmitted to any third party and are processed solely by the site publisher.

The controller undertakes to protect the personal data collected, not to pass them to third parties without the user’s knowledge, and to respect the purposes for which they were collected.
The site uses an SSL certificate to secure data exchanged between user and site.
The controller will notify users of any rectification or deletion of their data unless this would entail disproportionate formalities, costs or steps.
If the integrity, confidentiality or security of users’ personal data is compromised, the controller will inform them by any means.
Article 5. User rights
Under the regulations governing personal data, the user has the following rights. To exercise them, the user must supply their first and last names and email address. The controller must respond within 30 days.

- Right to restrict or object to processing – request by email; the site may refuse only on compelling, overriding grounds.
- Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects.
- Right to decide the fate of one’s data after death (Law 2016-1321 of 7 Oct 2016).
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr) or a competent court.

Only minors aged 15 or over may consent to processing their personal data. For children under 15, consent of a legal representative is required.
The publisher reserves the right to verify age or consent before allowing a minor to browse the site.
