We offer LLMs located in Europe or France, through contractual agreements with providers that prohibit the use of data for training purposes.
Does Avaeda pull content from the Internet?
Avaeda primarily retrieves information from your knowledge base but is capable of querying its own database if you instruct it to do so.
Where is the data stored?
Avaeda places the security and confidentiality of your information at the heart of its approach. Whether you choose a SaaS deployment or an installation on your own servers, we ensure that your sensitive data is protected and that all applicable regulations are complied with, including GDPR.
- SaaS mode: your source data is processed and stored on infrastructure located in France.
- On-premises deployment: if you prefer to keep all your source data within your own infrastructure, Avaeda can be installed in your local environment, ensuring you have full control over information flows and guaranteed compliance with your internal security policies.
